I’m Aditya Krishna, currently heading the Product Design team at Multiplier with over 13 years of design experience. I believe in creating designs that have a clear purpose and are delivered with passion. Guided by user-centered principles, I strive to make every user experience both functional and delightful. From Insight to Implementation
My design process is comprehensive and structured. I begin by meticulously collecting essential data, insights, and answers, enabling a profound understanding of the project.
1. Research
Collaborative efforts define project goals and target audience. User research (interviews, surveys) informs personas and journey maps, uncovering needs and opportunities.
2. Wireframe
Research insights translate into low-fidelity wireframes. These are refined for layout, content, and flow. Collective decisions ensure wireframes convey the intended user experience.
3. Prototype
Interactive prototypes simulate user interactions and functionality. Usability testing validates effectiveness, with feedback used to enhance the user experience.
4. Validate
Validation ensures design meets user needs. Usability testing gathers feedback for improvement. Refinements are made to enhance user experience based on this feedback.
5. Iterate
The design process involves iterative improvements based on feedback. Adjustments are prioritized and integrated, balancing user input with project timelines.
6. Launch
The launch phase finalizes design. Collaboration with developers ensures alignment, followed by testing and quality assurance. Marketing strategies are prepared for the product’s introduction.
